Avisynth3D (V0.114) creates avisynth script from two or one stereoscopic file(s) [video or picture]. It requires installed Avisynth 2.5.5 (a copy of the file is here) and some plugins, which should be placed in Avisynth's plugins directory. You can create templates by writing avs scripts. Some useful templates (as well as one project file) are here (place them in the same directory as Avisynth3D file).
Software is still in developing phase, so don't be angry, rather send me some comments, suggestions, etc. Help file will be available some day (short tutorial is here :-).
