Design and implementation of positioning electronics for new series of Danfoss drives.

The developed electronics has been applied to two main types of drives: linear positioning drive (0-10V) and three-points drives (24V AC and 230V AC).

The main challenge was optimizing the final price and quality of the product by taking into account the prescribed limits (dimension of electronic board and performance).

Very accurate positioning system and low-consumption of the valve may reduce overall energy consumption.
